The entire LATIN America call center is protected by a dozen visible security cameras along with an undisclosed number of hidden cameras to cover every angle of the NEARSHORE Call Center building.
Each LATIN America Call center Agent’s movement is recorded and saved on our BPO servers for future review and records. We archive our TELEMARKETING records for up to six months or can arrange a saved recording if needed.
NEARSHORING LATIN America Call center Security is a necessity when dealing with hundreds of BILINGUAL BPO customer service agents in a confined LATIN AMERICA call center space.
